Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your counseling sessions, workshops, or study materials. In such cases, our refund policy is as follows:

If you cancel your counseling session or workshop more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your counseling session or workshop within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will receive a partial refund.

If you miss your scheduled counseling session or workshop without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

No refund is applicable for study materials.

Please note that all refunds will be processed to the original payment method used, and it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
