Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel your counseling session or workshop. In such cases, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any cancellation charges.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee.

If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
